Rainbow of Challenges

Rainbow of Challenges supports individuals with developmental disabilities throughout southwest Arkansas as they work toward greater personal independence. We enjoy working with Rainbow to help individuals who need a guardian find dependable support from someone they can trust.

ATLA

We are members of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, an organization dedicated to protecting Arkansans’ constitutional rights and access to the courts. Through legal education and advocacy, ATLA supports attorneys in strengthening trial practice and preserving the right to trial by jury.

Empower Healthcare Solutions

Coordinating care around each person’s needs, choices, and goals is central to Empower Healthcare Solutions’ work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our firm provides legal services to individuals sponsored by Empower, helping address legal needs alongside the care and support they receive.

First Step

Since 1958, First Step Arkansas has helped children and adults with disabilities develop skills, gain independence, and take an active part in community life. Through our work with First Step, we assist families with guardianship matters, helping them put legal protections in place for their loved ones.

CLC

CLC connects people with legal resources through employee assistance programs, membership associations, and insurance plans. As part of CLC’s professional network, our firm provides legal assistance to members referred to us.
